About Take Flight Global: Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC is an independent education-consulting company based in Delaware, USA.
We support universities and educational institutions in developing international recruitment partnerships, and assist students, agencies, and affiliate organizations with program discovery, communication, and coordination.
Take Flight is not a university, government entity, or immigration authority.
It does not issue admissions decisions, scholarships, or visas, but acts as a facilitator between prospective students, recruitment partners, and higher-education institutions.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance — without modification — of all terms and
conditions contained herein and any additional rules, policies, or terms published by us from time to time.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use
the Service.

1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and code — remain the exclusive property of Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC and its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer any of our or any third party’s intellectual property rights to you.

2. Admissions & Travel Disclaimer

Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC (“Take Flight”) acts solely as an agent for the universities and institutions it represents and does not itself provide educational or travel services. Each Provider is exclusively responsible for the delivery, accuracy, and quality of the services it offers.

Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC does not guarantee admission outcomes, scholarship awards, or visa approvals. All admissions and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions and government authorities.

Participants are responsible for obtaining all required travel and immigration documents and complying with applicable laws. Visa and travel information appearing on this website is provided solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Regulations may change without notice, and individual circumstances vary. Participants should verify details directly with a Designated School Official (DSO), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or a qualified immigration attorney.

Travel and study abroad involve inherent risks to health and safety, including but not limited to illness, crime, terrorism, and transportation delays. Take Flight assumes no responsibility for conditions or events beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from travel or participation in programs arranged through Providers.

Any prices, schedules, and program information quoted herein are accurate as of the time of publication, and are subject to change without notice.

3. Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, damage, delay, cost, or expense arising from or alleged to arise from:

  • the use of, inability to use, or reliance on any information, materials, or services provided through Take Flight;
  • the actions, omissions, or policies of any third parties, including educational institutions, recruitment agencies, government entities, or other organizations introduced by Take Flight;
  • decisions or outcomes related to applications, admissions, scholarships, visas, or employment opportunities;
  • any technical errors, data loss, interruptions, or unauthorized access affecting the Take Flight platform or communications; or
  • any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or opportunities, even if Take Flight has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the services or materials provided by Take Flight is to discontinue their use.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately.

If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Take Flight and its licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that any content or services obtained through the Service are used at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Agreement and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will provide notice by posting an update on our website or by email before the changes take effect.

Unless otherwise stated, new terms take effect 15 days after notice is provided. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
