Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC is the brainchild of Dr. Donald Back, president. A seasoned international education professional with over 35 years of experience in fostering university partnerships, program development, and capacity-building initiatives with U.S. government agencies, overseas universities, and scholarship organizations.

Dr. Back has received numerous accolades over the course of his career, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from BMI/Times Higher Education. Back holds a Ph.D. in Planning, Governance, and Globalization from Virginia Tech, and a master’s degree in International Education from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
