DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. Pursuant to the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c),
a copyright owner or its authorized agent may submit a notification of claimed infringement as described below.
As an internet service provider, Take Flight Global Education Consulting LLC (“Take Flight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
is entitled to the DMCA safe harbor limitations of liability.

1. Submitting a Notice of Infringement

To file a valid notice under § 512(c)(3), your written communication must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or its authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, including information sufficient to locate it
    (such as the specific URL).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner,
    its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury,
    that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents material as infringing may be liable
for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

By submitting a notice, you consent to having your information shared with the alleged infringer as part of our investigation.

3. Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification under § 512(g)(3). Your counter notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
    for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which the service provider may be found),
    and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Counter notifications should be sent to the same Designated Agent listed above.
Email submission is preferred.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a log of DMCA notices and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate,
consistent with the DMCA.

5. Modifications

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with
a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these changes.
